Open the Settings menu on your phone and navigate to Apps.

After applying this update that can only be deferred for so long the user has a chance they'll lose their icons also. I would love to see this pulled or patched. Also, you may have mistakenly disabled or hidden the app from your launcher, so you may not be able to access it.
